Customs officials in Israel strike by checking every bag: "Passengers arriving in Israel experienced long delays Monday morning at Ben-Gurion International Airport due to public sector work sanctions.
Customs staff had a go-slow policy for baggage inspections, examining every bag and suitcase of passengers entering Israel."

This strikes me as ironic, because they check everything of any foreigner anyway. (via An Unsealed Room)
